Clemz is a Chrome extension that appears in your browser when you visit the Vinted website. To use Clemz, you must install it on Chrome (computer) or Yandex (Android device) and then visit the Vinted website. Clemz does not work on the Vinted mobile app.

The installation of Clemz differs depending on whether you are using it on a computer (PC, Mac, etc.) or on a mobile device (Android only - not available on Apple devices). Below, I will explain how to install it:

Install the extension on your computer

To install Clemz on your computer (Windows, Mac, etc.), follow these steps:

1. Install the Chrome browser
2. From Chrome, follow this link to download the extension via the Chrome store. You need to click on the blue Add to Chrome button at the top right (see below)
   
   
3. Now, simply go to the Vinted website from Chrome. Clemz will automatically appear at the bottom left. All you have to do is log in to the extension to finalise your registration.

Install the extension on Android

Clemz is not available on iPhone or iPad because Apple prevents the use of Chrome extensions on these devices.

For Android devices, follow these steps:

1. Install the Yandex browser via Google Play.
2. From Yandex, follow this link to download the extension via the Chrome store. You need to click on the blue Add to Chrome button at the top right (see below)
   
   

Problem with Yandex:

Sometimes the button does not appear, or there is a similar button that says "Add to Desktop" => This button will not install Clemz correctly.
To display the correct installation button, "Add to Chrome", you can:

• Either put your phone in landscape mode (turn it flat)
• Or go to the Yandex menu (3 vertical dots ) and select "Desktop version".


3. Clemz is now installed and all you need to do is go to the Vinted website from Yandex. Clemz will automatically appear at the bottom left. All you have to do is log in to the extension to complete your registration.

View the extension

The Clemz extension automatically appears as soon as you visit the Vinted website (vinted.fr, vinted.be, etc.) from the browser where it is installed (Chrome on computer, Yandex on Android).

Go to the Vinted website (e.g. https://www.vinted.fr), and you should see the Clemz extension displayed at the bottom left:

Using Clemz for the first time

The first step is to log in to your Clemz account (if you don't have one, click here) in the Clemz window that appears on the Vinted website:

Once logged in, follow the instructions displayed on the home page ( tab) of the Clemz extension.

When you are logged into your Vinted account and on your closet page, Clemz will display the following button:

By clicking on Link Clemz to this Vinted closet, your free trial will begin and you will be able to use Clemz and its many features.

Change or add closets to your account

Clemz can work on different Vinted closets at the same time. The rules are as follows:

• A closet must be activated to be used (read here)
• Before you can activate or deactivate a closet, you must link it to your Clemz account (read here)
• The maximum number of closets you can activate at the same time depends on your subscription (visible, if you are a subscriber, on your dashboard or, if not, on the pricing page).
• You can deactivate one closet per calendar month (e.g. one in January, then one in February, then one in March, etc.) unless it has been banned: in which case you can deactivate it without restriction. This prevents abuse.

Link new Vinted closets to Clemz

To use Clemz on a new closet, start by connecting to that closet on Vinted.

Then, from Vinted, go to the extension's home page and click on the icon in the "Closets" section.

There you can:

• See the list of active closets on your Clemz account (insert A)
• Add the closet you are currently logged into on Vinted to the closets linked to your Clemz account (arrow B)

The new linked closet is not enabled by default. You need to go to Clemz to do this (see above).

Activate your closets from your Clemz account

In your Clemz account, go to Settings and look at the My Information section.

By clicking on ' ', you can access a pop-up window displaying your closets. Those that are activated are displayed with a green background, and you can activate the others using the 'activate' button, as shown in the image below:

Once a new closet has been activated here, you can retrieve it on the extension by:

• Either log out and log back in to the extension
• Or click on Refresh the home tab
• Or launch an activity (a Smart closet or other)
