⚙️ Manage my subscription

Learn how to manage your Clemz subscription settings: type of subscription, credit card used, invoices, etc.

Change the credit cards linked to my account

Want to change the debit/credit card used to pay for your Clemz subscription? Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Go to your Clemz Dashboard in the "subscription" section by clicking here
  2. Click on the Management Portal button, which allows you to manage your subscription settings
  3. In the interface that opens, under the heading "payment methods", you will find a list of the bank cards currently linked to your Clemz account. You can easily delete or add cards, or select the one you want to use by default.

Cancel my subscription renewal

As indicated on the pricing page and the payment page, Clemz subscriptions are automatically renewed (which is normal for subscriptions 🙂).

If you do not wish to renew your subscription and would like it to end at the end of the billing period (the current month for a monthly subscription or the current year for an annual subscription), here's how to proceed:

  1. Go to your Clemz Dashboard in the "subscription" section by clicking here
  2. Click on the Management Portal button, which allows you to manage your subscription settings
  3. In the interface that opens, click on "Cancel plan". This will cancel the automatic renewal while allowing you to enjoy your subscription until the end of the period already paid for.
    4. ℹ️ Advice from Clemz
    We recommend that you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the expiry date to avoid automatic renewal on the same day (including the last day of your subscription).

Get my Clemz invoices

Invoices for your subscriptions paid to Clemz are available on a self-service basis by following the steps below

  1. Go to your Clemz Dashboard in the "subscription" section by clicking here
  2. Click on the Management Portal button, which allows you to manage your subscription settings
  3. In the interface that opens, you can change your billing information: email and address. If necessary, use a line of the address to enter your company identification number (SIREN or other).
  4. Then, at the bottom of the interface, you will find a list of invoices issued by Clemz following your subscription payments. You can then easily download them.
